We kindly inform that from the information acquired by PWEA from the Pomorskie Province Marshal’s Office it stems that the province’s authorities approved the final version of the “Draft spatial development plan of the Pomorskie Province”. The spatial development plan of the Pomorskie Province constitutes an extension of the principles laid down in the national strategic documents and the Pomorskie Province development strategy. The plan is of “structural” character. It does not determine land purpose and does not constitute a sufficient basis to determine the location of an investment. It lays down the targets for the province’s spatial management, the principles for its development as well as determines the directions of spatial policy and proposes tools for their implementation. Alas, the draft Update to the Regional Energy Strategy with regard to renewable sources in the Pomorskie Province until 2025 insofar as power engineering and the Environmental Impact Assessment will not be approved in its current form. Due to the amendment of the Act on the principles of management of development policy, each province may adopt only one strategy. In case of the Pomorskie Province this is the “Pomorskie Province development strategy”. Employees of the Marshal’s Office are incapable of determining the character of the document to be developed.
